That is a given. Assad will arm Hezbollah because they have been fighting on the side of the sovereign Syrian Army. There is no distance between Assad and Hezbollah. The long standing relationship amounts to the extension of the Assad government into Lebanon. That has been for decades.

(Reuters) - Israeli Prime MinisterBenjamin Netanyahu (click here) will visit Russia next week for talks with President Vladimir Putin on the expanding Russian military presence in Syria, an Israeli official said on Wednesday.
"The prime minister will present the threats to Israel emanating from the increased flow of advanced weaponry to the Syrian arena and from the transfer of lethal weaponry to Hezbollah and other terrorist groups," the official said.
Moscow has come under international pressure to explain its moves in Syria, where the Kremlin has been supporting Syrian President Bashar al-Assad in a 4-year-old civil war.
The Kremlin confirmed the visit, with Putin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov telling Russian media that Netanyahu will come to Moscow on Sept. 21.
"On Monday, there will be a short working visit and talks with Vladimir Putin," RIA news agency quoted Peskov as saying....
President Putin won't be surprised, but, it will be interesting to see if Israel and Russia can agree on actions in Syria. Hezbollah has not been active in Lebanon since the civil war began.

Berlin – Commerzbank, (click here) Germany’s second largest bank, has closed the account of the al-Quds day demonstration - which organizes annual marches in German cities calling for the destruction of Israel.
The bank “closed the account in September because of business conditions,” a spokesman told The Jerusalem Post by telephone on Tuesday.
The bank can drop an account “without providing reasons,” he said....
