Left side of image is Tropical Storm LINFA with winds to 50 knots or 58 mph.
The right side of the image Typhoon-1 CHAN_HOM with winds 65 knots or 75 mph.
The rain is of concern and not the wind. But, there are two together traversing the face of Earth.

Tropical Storm Chan-hom (click here) passed near Rota Island Sunday, bringing heavy rain, gusty winds and high surf to the Marianas. Guam is 14 hours ahead of U.S. Eastern daylight time.
As of late Sunday afternoon, the NWS office on Guam measured 11.77 inches of rain from Chan-hom. Rota Island also picked up 7-10 inches of rain. By Sunday evening, the heaviest rain from Chan-hom had pulled away from Guam and the islands....
