I don't know what this means to the USA military, but, I think it is a self-affirmation film of the good technique they practice.

The moral of the story is, John McCain is wrong to think arming rebels is the way to go. Can we please go back to establishing humanitarian aid along with the safety of the citizens. That might work better.
