If the shoe was on the other foot and Mr. Zimmerman was dead, the worst Mr. Martin could be charged with is aggravated manslaughter if not simply self-defense.

He aggravated the entire situation and yet he is innocent of any violence or responsibility. There are not two separate crimes, there is only one.
