Tornado hits Dallas County, heading toward city
A tornado is reported on the ground in southeast Dallas county heading in the direction of the city.
WFAA-TV has been showing live video of the tornado gaining in size and speed as it churns toward the northeast.
Update at 2:23 p.m. ET: A tornado on the ground just south of downtown Dallas, WFAA TV reports.
Update at 2: 22 p.m. ET: WFAA reports that a "Code Black" has been issued at Parkland Hospital, which means keeping all patients awayfrom windows.

I'd be prudently seeking the resolution between the three systems with conflicting boundaries over Nevada and California and then also conflicting boundaries at Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Michigan and Ohio.
The Southern Plains vortex has the highest velocity with the highest degree of temperature changes.
