The only reason for the RNC to put a candidate up for President is to support those hoping to win the Seante and House and State offices. Gingrich knows that and he is willing to run recognizing how outrageous he has to be to keep the seats they currently have and try to achieve more if they can. There is no other reason he is running. He isn't serious about winning. Based on the statements he made in the 2010 elections he destroys his chance at legitimacy to most American voters.
