Southeast USA along the Gulf of Mexico where the dispersed oil still lives below the surface exists. If that isn't a rotation centered storm doesn't ask me what is. Right along the Louisiana and Mississippi border where Katrina came inland five years ago.

The explosion along the Equator is unique and due to the high heat of Earth. Africa's jungles have provided the water vapor needed to start the churning.
Tropical Storm Earl may prove to be a problem. In 2005 there were two additional Cat 5 storms. 2010 is beginning to look like 2005 condensed in a week
