Water vapor satellite of North and West hemisphere.

This is a troposphere in transition under a thick carbon dioxide blanket over North America while the solar radiation transitions south and at a more severe angle to the northern hemisphere. Noted a vortex over the southeast of the North American continent which delivered deluges of water. The heat transfer systems were definately from the southern North American continent out to the Atlantic where moisture could be harnessed for some hurricane turbulence and resutling storms. The drought that existed in the southwest North American continent could not lend support to the needed moisture for hurricane traverse completely across the Atlantic.
