In less than 24 hours George Tenent had in his hands the identity of 19 men who committed the worst attack on the USA either civilian or military on USA soil.
George Tenent not only knew the identities of those men but he knew their backgrounds and the fact they received their terrorist training in Afghanistan.
If George Tenent knew in less than 24 hours who these men were, he also knew there were pending attacks. It wasn't George Tenent that was/is the issue. The problem is George Walker Bush.
George Tenent knew of the pending attacks as did Senator Diane Feinstein when she received the memos from the FBI.
George Walker Bush and Richard Cheney CHOSE not to act on the information provided to them by George Tenent.
