The ICC is where Maduro belongs.

At The Hague. Just because a Grand Jury indicted Maduro and his spouse in the USS it means nothing about successful prosecution. I think the prosecution will fail. The USA charges can be incorporated into indictments at The Hague IF it applies. 

In the USA if there is a dismissal for malicious prosecution Maduro will be released. That can happen tomorrow. He can be held over for extradition to The Hague. Extradition proceedings are important to success of resolving the massive human rights violations.

This is not the same as Saddam. Saddam was arrested and tried in Iraq under Iraqi laws and Iraqi judicial proceedings. Venezuela will never consent to any hearings or charges.
