I don’t understand the doubt to replace her. She voted for an Associate Justice that justified his bad behavior on being drunk on beer. In voting for Bret Kavanaugh she disavowed the testimony of every brave woman that came forward. How could she do that with a clear conscience while actually believing Kavanaugh when he said Roe v. Wade was settled law.
All those that went against Stare decisis to defeat Roe are not even following their own legal doctrine. Kavanaugh was proven to disregard respect for women and she voted for him anyway. It was an assault on decency and his promises to uphold a woman’s right
to choose was a lie. Everyone knew that, why didn’t she?
Kavanaugh also professionally wrote some bizarre opinions before he became a Justice that lead to permission of the court we have now. The entire episode with Kavanaugh and this country is a lesson we should not forget.
Opps is not allowed anymore. Slipping off a moral platform that supports women’s independence is not allowed.
The Democratic candidate was leader of his government of elected representatives and senators at a time when Maine had a ridiculously difficult governor. The Republicans ruined and are ruining the peoples’ sane and human American lifestyle and hope for their children. Oops is not allowed as justification for bad decisions.
