Trump is way out of line. There is absolutely no provocation for any country in the Mideast by Oman.

This isn't even a maybe, this is an outrageous threat. It is in the Wall Street Journal, it is difficult to state it is propaganda.

The Republican Congress refused to act to rein in their out of control president and now this.

I don't know how Trump can make that threat, but, he is just stupid enough to try.

Aug 4 (Reuters) - The U.S. Army (click here) has used up much of its global stockpile of highly accurate long-range missiles during its five-month war with Iran, according to three people familiar with the data, raising concerns about the military's readiness for future conflicts.
The missiles are principally the Army's surface-to-surface weapons, known as Army Tactical Missile Systems (ATACMS) and Precision Strike Missiles (PrSM). The U.S. ‌has used "virtually all" of these weapons, according to two of the sources....

Oman is a peaceful country with a long history of carrying out peace among other countries. There is absolutely no reason for bombing Oman.

NONE.

...Sultan Qaboos (click here) ascended to the throne on 23 July 1970. Since this time, Oman has emerged as a prosperous and modern nation. Sultan Qaboos has balanced tribal, regional and ethnic division and improved his people’s quality of living. In 1996, Sultan Qaboos introduced the ‘Basic Statutes of the States’, Oman’s first written constitution, which guarantees rights within the framework of Qur’anic and customary law.

Elections. Interesting. Can the annihilation of Islam be far away? Has Kushner delivered on being the second coming?

Benjamin Netanyahu's office (click here) has said that the Israeli Prime Minister and representatives of the so-called Board of Peace "had deep and constructive discussions" in Jerusalem on Monday.

"It was agreed to establish two working groups, one on disarmament and demilitarization of Gaza, which both Israel and the Board of Peace are determined should be prompt and completed before any reconstruction happens in Gaza," Netanyahu's office said in a statement seen by DW's Tania Krämer in Jerusalem.

"A second working group will focus on sanitation, clean water and other public health issues for the people of Gaza and which also impact the people of Israel," it said.

AFP cited an Israeli official as saying that Netanyahu had also asked that a US general supervise Hamas surrendering its weapons. How exactly Hamas is to be disarmed, when, and what happens to the weapons has been a recurring sticking point in the talks.

Surrendering of weapons are boots on the ground.

Similarly, the Reuters news agency cited a Board of Peace official as describing the talks with Netanyahu as "lengthy, in depth and very productive." The unnamed official reportedly said agreement was reached on a path forward, though Reuters did not immediately make clear if they had offered any further details.

The organization was yet to comment publicly.

Trump has no intentions of peace in the Mideast. He wants the oil and he doesn't care how he gets it.

If he will bomb a peaceful country like Oman he will bomb anyone.

These bozos want it that bad. Look what they have done already to the USA military.

U.S. allows Israel to continue Gaza strikes after Netanyahu-Kushner meeting

Gaza medics say 1,265 Palestinians (click here) have been killed since truce took effect last October

A day after meeting Hamas leader Khalil al-Hayya in Cairo, and amid tensions between Washington and Jerusalem over the future of the truce in Gaza, U.S. President Trump's envoy and son-in-law Jared Kushner sat with PM Netanyahu in Israel on Monday.

The three-hour meeting in Jerusalem ended with an agreement to allow Israel to continue targeted strikes in Gaza for now, even as the sides seek to advance a broader plan for the territory's reconstruction and disarmament, a source familiar with the talks told Haaretz....
