Detention vs. Arrest

The ICE kidnapping of Americans is very different than a police arrest. Police practices Due Process, ICE engages detention. Americans become lost to the system and their lives are severely disrupted. It is extremely difficult to recover from an ICE kidnapping. The kidnappings happen with so many people the system is overwhelmed and the detention becomes a jailing sentence all by itself.

At least these agents are not armed. They also are not well trained.

Her spouse tries to stop the assault but ends up being tackled to the ground. He will end up detained. The detention centers are overcrowded without sufficient facilities to allow for sanitary conditions. There are food shortages.
