I look forward to Governor Pritzker’s Human Rights Commission’s findings.

Proof of citizenship can be a passport. Passports are issued federally. State IDs requiring a birth certificate is as good as passports. 

Citizens carrying IDs should also be in possession of long form birth certificates tucked into their wallets, backpacks, and purses.

States agencies can be helpful, too.
