A power line down
That is the most recent assessment by California. A power line capable of withstanding 55 mph winds was hit with 75 mph winds. The lines faltered and sparked.
Power lines sway, break, are broken by trees and struck by lightning. The power lines in California were good quality infrastructure not prepared for a climate crisis storm.
