Secretary Raffensperger has acted honorably through the entire ballot count, recount and proposed change of the narrative regarding the 2020 presidential election.
My first thought was that the tape was released by Trump himself to promote the reversal of the election. After all the US Senators willing to game the system to defeat the American democracy needs to know the path forward.
Never once did I think it was Secretary Raffensperger.
