Mail-In Voters and Absentee Voters must check the mailing address at the polling place to be sure it is the same return address on the returned ballot.
This will effect renters more than homeowners. Moving within the same town or voting district is not uncommon, especially if it is a growing family.
Please be sure the address registered in the polling district is correct.
It is usually the County or Town Clerk that has these records.
Online simply type in "Register to Vote" and go to the state where one resides. If out of state type in "(State of Residency) Register to Vote."

On the left hand margin click on "Your clerk." It will provide the clerk and the clerk address and possibly an email address to contact if there is any doubt to the correctness of addresses.
