TO DATE TRUMP HAS DONE NOTHING, INCLUDING SUBMITTING PPE TO COMMERCIAL VENDORS, TO SUCCESSFULLY PROTECT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. IT HAS BEEN THE GOVERNORS THE ENTIRE TIME AND NOW THEY HAVE THE BURDEN OF SUING THEIR OWN FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO END THIS HEINOUS PARADIGM WITH TRUMP. I THINK THERE IS A ROLE FOR THE STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS.
GET THIS BEFORE A COURT. THE PROFESSIONALS UNIONS ARE ALSO PLAINTIFFS.
Trump wants every transaction to be a profit for the US Treasury with the goal of never having to pay taxes again. That is why he started the tariffs. This is the same thing.
There needs to be a balance sheet provided by Munchkin at the US Treasury regarding the buying and selling of federal items that are assigned an understanding of making a difference between the life and death of a hospital worker.
Every nurse and doctor in the USA has a right to sue Trump personally and the US Federal Government in general for causing the exportation of PPE and/or ventilators. The states should be receiving these items through FEMA without cost during a national emergency and based only on need.
Get this. FEMA is seeking 100,000 body bags from the military. Are those body bags going to commercial vendors as well? If not, why not? Why are body bags more important to provide to the states than PPE?
The professional unions need to mobilize their lawyers.
I have never heard of sterilizing N95 masks, but, given the reality of the federal government negligence, this may be very necessary.
Hydrogen Peroxide mist? I hope it isn't irritating to the wearer's skin. The danger of rushing to sterilize masks on a large scale without sound research is the illness of entire professional staff and then the patients would die anyway. I am very skeptical.
H2O2 is a harsh disinfectant. A 3 percent solution can clean fomite to kill average coronavirus. But, woven N95 face masks? I wouldn't trust the fibers. I hope I am wrong.
An N95 mask is not at all a surgical mask. It has a specific structure and fibers. When wearing the mask, if the fibers begin to become soft, then the practice is to change the mask to be sure the wearer is not compromised.

Researchers from Stanford and other universities scoured the scientific literature to create N95decon.org, a web portal that medical professionals can access for trustworthy information on how to decontaminate used N95 masks.
As health workers and first responders (click here) in the United States try to stem a pandemic without adequate protective gear, health officials are forced to consider a stopgap – decontaminating and reusing N95 masks to shield those whose jobs expose them to the virus that causes COVID-19.
Today, a team of 60 scientists and engineers, students and clinicians, drawn from universities and the private sector, are unveiling N95decon.org, a website that synthesizes the scientific literature about mask decontamination to create a set of best practices to decontaminate and reuse this protective face covering during the current emergency.
“While there is no perfect method for decontamination of N95 masks, it is crucial that decision-makers and users have as much information as possible about the strengths and weaknesses of various approaches,” said Manu Prakash, an associate professor of bioengineering at Stanford who helped coordinate this ad hoc, volunteer undertaking. “We aim to provide information and evidence in this critical time to help those on the front lines of this crisis make risk management decisions given the specific conditions and limitations they face.”...
