Rudy Guiliani is a crackpot. He is drunk on anarchy and he is a threat to any Western country, including the USA.

He said, he isn't going to Ukraine because he would be walking into a group of people that are enemies of the president. 

WRONG!

To begin, Guiliani doesn't set policy and he is not an authority that can carry out investigations for his own reasons.

The president doesn't have enemies, the USA has enemies. The president is supposed to protect the USA from its enemies. That aside, Ukraine is an ally. Ukraine is a friend to the USA. Ukraine is an aspiring power that adheres to values and standards of NATO. 

Guiliani needs to apologize to the country of Ukraine because his politics of anarchy is an insult to any country that is an ally to the USA. Jerk!
