The U.S. Air Force (click here) is sending bombers with thousands of hours of combat experience to Guam this week to bolster the U.S. military presence in the Asia-Pacific, the service says.
The B-1B Lancer bombers from the 34th Expeditionary Bomb Squadron dropped more than 2,000 "smart bombs" during more than 630 missions over Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan from January to July of 2015, officials at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam said. Those missions covered more than 7,000 hours of flight time.
"The B-1 units bring a unique perspective and years of repeated combat and operational experience from the Central Command theater to the Pacific," said a statement from Pacific Air Forces headquarters in Hawaii.
Guam is a U.S.-controlled island territory in the western Pacific, some 1,550 miles east of the Philippines.
"With a large weapon capacity and exceptional standoff strike capability, the B-1 will provide U.S. Pacific Command and its regional allies and partners with a credible, strategic power projection platform," the statement said...
Primarily because of any threat to Japan. But, the pressure from The West's Wall Street can bring enough tensions to set off real confrontation between the major powers.
These are real events. The USA has been engaged in a build up in the Pacific for the last year. The USA already has B-52 bombers in the region and now this. President Obama is not a reasonable person about the TPP. He has Republican backing to expand Wall Street's interests and this is the result.

Washington — Battling a powerful anti-trade tide, (click here) President Obama vowed on Tuesday to continue pressing for his historic trans-Pacific trade deal over opposition from both Hillary Clinton and Donald J. Trump, saying the agreement is essential for America to thrive in a global economy.
“Right now, I’m president, and I’m for it,” Mr. Obama said of the 12-nation Trans-Pacific Partnership, when asked by a reporter about opposition from both of the candidates who want to succeed him. “I think I’ve got the better argument.”
Mr. Obama made his comments Tuesday during a news conference with Lee Hsien Loong, the prime minister of Singapore, in the East Room of the White House.
The trade accord, the largest regional trade deal in history, would rope together nations from Canada and Chile on one side of the Pacific Ocean to Japan, Singapore and Australia on the other, creating a web of new rules on trade, labor, environmental conservation and intellectual property rights....
The TPP places undo economic pressure in the region and is a danger to global stability and peace. See, Wall Street basically has a yellow streak up it's back. it wants CERTAINTY in it's investments. While China and Russia have dealt with Wall Street for their own purposes, they never expected such a strong USA military presence when Wall Street's thirst went beyond the sovereign of China and Russia.
TPP is an excuse for the USA to HAVE INTERESTS in the Pacific. And every American knows 'interests' are enough to start a war.
The USA does not need another trade agreement and it isn't just because of tensions in the Pacific. This country also doesn't need to be increasing tensions in the Pacific either.
China didn't even show up to defend itself at the WTO. That is a country mad at the world for some reason. The Untied Nations Security Council probably discusses all this, but, any aggression between major powers will not result in a UN Resolution, it will be flat out war of major powers and it will be ugly, debilitating to any economic interests anywhere and will test the strength of all countries. A war between major powers in the world, nuclear or not, means devastation to every aspect of international cooperation. It will set the global community back into the dark ages.
Russia has no reason to stay out of a war if it's sovereignty appears to be threatened. Russia has created a country in isolation to carry out an economy. It has also received sanctions from the Olympic committee. Russia is alone in economic isolation. That is dangerous.
With China not appearing at the WTO it would appear "The Friendship Agreement of 2000" is taking shape in a way no one expected. I am worried about the world and Donald Trump has nothing to do with it.
