By stating GENDER identity are the correct WORDS for his legislation he is manipulating existing law to seek legitimately. The federal government defines issues with the word sex. There is not an absence of law, except in the manipulation by the Governor of North Carolina and his majority dysfunctional Republican legislature.

Do driver's licenses in the USA state "gender" or "sex?" Sex is already an established and legal WORD in US law. The Governor of "oops" the Untied States, oh, I mean North Carolina wants to change the law making "sex" an act of affection rather than identity.
