They state they are completely breaking from tradition and will not allow the President's budget directors a chance to address the House. Instead, SOMETIME later in the year the House will provide THEIR budget to President Obama.
If that is not a political statement, don't ask me what is. The President's statement today to the US House was comprehensive including needs for the new policies of the incarcerated. It was an rather fair budget.
