Warmer temperatures are coming to the north east.
Flooding will probably occur as later today or tomorrow.
The flooding will be far less than if the temperatures changed rapidly. It is still a serious concern. There were snow fall up to 40 inches in some areas of West Virginia.
The rivers will receive all that snow melt and the lower elevations needs to be on watch for not only local flooding but the added concern of cresting water from higher elevations.
