Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban(click here) had nothing but praise for fellow billionaire Donald Trump in a recent post on social media.
Cuban, writing on his Cyber Dust app, said the Republican presidential candidate was "probably the best thing to happen to politics in a long long time."
Trump, a real-estate magnate and television personality, has been at the center of a media firestorm since kicking off his campaign last month.
Trump generated reams of headlines while accusing the Mexican government of sending its country's criminals to the US. Trump also briefly questioned the war record of Sen. John McCain (R-Arizona).
But Cuban said the only thing that mattered was Trump's breaking political orthodoxy by saying what was truly on his mind....
I told you so.
I love the commentary about Trump's wealth. "He only has 7 billion and not 10." Really. He lost count. That is a lot of gold.
They are correct though. If the balloting as between Trump and Huckabee, who would you choose? Huckabee isn't all that anyway. He stated a couple of months ago if he wasn't nominated or the nominee didn't swear to establish a Marriage Amendment he would run as an independent. So, don't look at Trump as though he is a threat to the Republican Party if he isn't the nominee and runs as an independent, Huckabee already said that.
