Prophesy. That is profound prophesy. Senator Paul recognizes the fact that the unemployment rates are directly related to outsourcing by Wall Street. He sees the hypocrisy in borrowing money from the new Capitalist China in order to pay the people it put out of work. However, Senator Paul proposes no solution, only further victimization of the American worker.
