Saudi Arabia has a right to assist whomever they want, but, they do have an ethnic interest. Not that it should not deter genocide or near genocide, but, there needs to be some sincere Holy Men ending the brutality. Seriously. I know Saudi Arabia would never consent to such acts.
Sharia law is no doubt at the heart of some of these restrictions, but, IF any of these reports are accurate there are problems. Very similar problems that were noted with The Taliban in Afghanistan when the USA first invaded in October 2001.
We don't know what these men did to bring about these outcomes and it is difficult for impoverished rebels to much different, but, there are issues.
