A baby monkey, a lion cub and tiger cubs play at the Guaipo Manchurian Tiger Park in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, China. Tigers are endangered. It is a species President Putin seeks to protect from extinction. It would seem as though China intends to lend a hand.
