There are dearly few hospitals that keep records within their system more than ten years. The statute of limitations on litigation in most instances are two to three years from discovery. If a citizen of the USA isn't finding a reason to call for hospital records, including billing records, before ten years then they have no reason to litigate.
The only way Trump could produce his mother's INVOICE or a hospital's record of her stay is if she kept the records himself.
