...Olbermanns’ relationship with MSNBC, however, had seriously begun to sour in the last year. In fact, just last fall Olbermann was notoriously suspended for breaking MSNBC’s rules in donating funds to various political campaigns. The post-suspension news revealed that the specific relationship between Olbermann and MSNBC President Phil Griffin was particularly strained. Which leads us to tonight....
Someone at Comcast is a real kill-joy. CBS should pick up Olbermann.

There is NO excuse. This is completely unjust. This is an outrage! Things were just settled in November and now this? They are probably going to stick some conservative stiff in the slot. This is going to be good. This is censurship and marginalization of minority political interests. I already know I don't like the replacement and I don't care if it is man or woman. I am going to be unhappy. Completely UNJUST.

The host, who has had a stormy relationship with the management of the network for some time, especially since he was suspended for two days last November, came to an agreement with NBC’s corporate management late this week to settle his contract and step down....
I used to watch it on its second showing when California was viewing it. It was a great show and Comcast management are jerks.
