Amsterdam is 'drug central.' A lot, a lot of loose CASH people. A lot. Any terrorist network can find a huge income in Amsterdam. Add to that the poppy culture from Afghanistan and you have a nationwide 'clearinghouse.' Everyone that 'can' and those that 'casually travel' always brings home a 'souvenir' from Amsterdam. Come on, this is easy.
They come by boat, they come by plane, they take mules and walk the rest of the way. You know those DONKEYS in Afghanistan? They travel so well over the border?
