PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. - Emergency crews launched airboats into submerged streets Wednesday to rescue central Florida residents trapped by rising floodwaters from a stalled Tropical Storm Fay, which soaked the state for a third consecutive day.
Fay formed over the weekend in the Atlantic and was blamed for 20 deaths in the Caribbean....

Might that be why Bush/Cheney never included such aspects in their Energy policy? Just thought I'd mention how Republican Political Rhetoric is asinine and completely STUPID. Why would anyone put a man capable of such stupidity at the top of the Executive Branch of the USA?
