Exhibits chronic issue with heat transfers of the Southern Hemisphere. Noted a huge heat transfer at 4 o'clock.

Exhibits same wind patterns as noted previously. Onshore winds at lower altitudes on the seacoast with higher velocities and lower wind speeds at the higher altitudes primarily generated by heavier air masses falling off the Antarctica plateau.
