May 10, 2005. Equatorial air intact in this satellite. There is still vortex flow from Amazon Basin over Africa and Middle East to Arctic Circle with less pronounced heat in the Northern Hemisphere. There is less heat over Africa. Noted significant vortex system in Northern Atlantic Ocean. The South Polar Vortex is quieter but has extensive peripheral reach to the equator over South America.
