When things are wrong in France it is not unusual for demonstrations to become robust. It has happened before. It is the people talking to the government.
There are problems, but, they are not different problems from the ones we have in the USA. Cost of living is out of control and why is that? Could it be the same factors effecting Americans are effecting others? Yeah, I believe that is the case. And who exactly is responsible for this mess? Indeed, the USA Republican MAGA President in the White House, that's who.
So before all the right wingers want to try and say Europe is wrong and dictatorships are the way forward, especially with communism, think again.

Several French cities (click here) extended curfews through Tuesday night after the measures helped quell days of riots and looting, as the government sought to reassure a rattled country ahead of fresh protests expected later in the week.
“These localized curfews are efficient,” Prime Minister Sébastien Lecornu told lawmakers on Tuesday, after cities like Paris, Marseille and Lille enacted restrictions on nighttime movements in some neighborhoods. “They helped to restore calm last night,” he added.
Mr. Lecornu also vowed that there would be a “massive” security deployment for further demonstrations planned for Saturday....
