The European Union should examine the strategy Prime Minister Carney has laid out for his country. It is nothing short of brilliant. It carries global brevity and the EU should look to match the impact and both should continue to grow.

Tariffs have specific purposes and it is not as a weapon to destroy our friends and allies. Trump is out of line and I don't care his justification, he is a traitor.
