Well, that is just it, isn’t it?
Entitlement.
The wealthy believe they are entitled to it. It is all corruption.
Epstein was the king of a kingdom invisible to most people. He was able to garner information from the powerful and then seek wealth he was never entitled. He gathered that wealth through sexual exploitation of girls while selling the idea there was a higher level of pedophilia allowed through the worship of adolescents.
There is a lot to hide. Isn’t there? When men want to appear saintly the information needed to remain buried.
Entitlement is its own form of intoxication. It allows for feeling safe from all that is considered wrong by society. Pedophilia is a very evil allowance by men who are supposed to be responsible. This is really terrible. The girls were the leverage Epstein used to exploit powerful people.
These men are not innocent. They seemed to eagerly allow that exploitation for sexual excitement. They even went further, they wanted that sexual excitement so much they allowed the exploitation. They are not victims. They are satiated by the act of imposing their sexual needs on minor girls.
Epstein would have nothing if he didn’t scrub clean the idea those girls wanted it as bad as the men did. After all they received money. He even built a temple to reflect the virginity they sacrificed.
Epstein and his cohort Ghislaine Maxwell took innocent girls introduced them to massage and turned loose their clients to do as they pleased. It was a gift to those men. Epstein paid the girls so the image the clients received were that of freedom of choice in prostitution. The prostitution was justified by the idea it is legal in some places. Of course, bit where it is legal it isn’t with adolescents.
There are women that have remained silent in the shame of it all. They have built lives around the fact the men never wanted the facts to leak out. It is they we have to most respect and hope there is virtue for them in the final exposure of their tormentors. There is damage done to them. Their lives should not be disrupted. None if it was ever anything they could do something about. They were girls. These were powerful men who cared nothing about them. Epstein’s wealth was served and that is where any chink in the men’s armor fell into moral failure. Every single friend of Epstein could have stooped it. Every one of them could have ended the exploitative venture of him. But, they didn’t. They believed it was a gift they deserved.
I don’t care who they are. They have no moral place in societies of decency.
These acts cannot be given a pardon to erase the wrong done to these women.
