Immigration and fear

Whenever I hear a Trump brag about his deployment of National Guard into our cities my first thought goes to the elevation of public fear of immigrants. That can translate into higher tensions in communities and then we are off to the races with real emergencies.

This report focuses on Texas because of their complaints about border crossers. The issue is crime happens no matter the demographic, but, it seems in the case of immigrants this administration believes the rate of immigrant crime should be zero.
