No one is charged with her death. The one officer is charged with reckless endangerment for shooting through Breonna’s apartment walls into the next apartment where no one was injured or killed.
This is a travesty. Police union and contracts. Corruption in the law enforcement arm of Louisville, Kentucky. Everything is being swept under the rug as a problem with the police structure and rules for raids.
This ain’t over. This is just beginning. Another Ferguson. People are not safe in their homes because the rules allow reckless home invasion by the POLICE.
