Civil lawsuits can be filed against both these men. Trump has violated civil rights of at least four Congresswomen, there are Trump cabinet officers before the US House for Contempt of Congress. The trend with this administration is more and more of an exposure to anti-American PRIORITIES it holds.
Russia is very involved with Trump. The irrefutable evidence may lie with the mountain of documents of the Special Counsel investigation.
I believe with Bill Barr abandoning the criminal charges against 20 Russian agents and there is contempt of Congress, he can be impeached. The problem is the Republican majority in the US Senate and a Majority leader just as corrupt as Trump and Barr.

I don't know any attorney that would carry out such activities without the explicit permission of the client to do so. Additionally, Stephanie Clifford's life and her daughter's life was threatened because of her affair with Trump.
There are many women already stating they have been sexually assaulted by Trump. Their silence for decades is directly related to their professions which would have been hurt by any complaint filed at the time it occurred. The secretive reality of these women is across the spectrum of all their lives. It is consistent from one to another. That was premeditated by Trump because he knew there would be silence to his crimes.
Trump is not loyal to the United States of America. He values only the power and not the country itself.
