It has Russian intelligence written all over it and Russia does not extradite. This could go on forever. This is nothing but pure evil. Russia does not belong to the G8 if it continues hostilities in Ukraine and Crimea and refuses to extradite criminals.
NATO needs to suspend all travel with Russian people including the countries affiliated with Russian financial Agreements.
All of NATO, not just the U.K. It seems to me with Brexit underway this adds to the momentum to divide the countries.
