The spending of the USA military has to be focused on REPAIRS of old vessels and jets to be sure the USA has a fighting force. THEN. Repairs and modifications to the NEW vessels and jets to ADD to the old stuff.
If there are no parts for repair of the old vehicles, then the USA military needs to build tool and die factory to be sure the military has functioning assets. The USA military is capable of building a tool and die factory to manufacture the parts needed for repairs.
I really believe in non-proliferation, diplomacy and peace processes. War is ridiculously expensive for the USA and the other four permanent members of the UN Security Council. We know when a country spends money on it's military it inhibits the advancement of it's people.
What would education in the USA look like if the US Department of Education had the US Defense Department or the President's OCO funds.
