WARREN COUNTY, Mo. (KSDK) – Heavy rains (click here) in the area led to flooding Tuesday afternoon in Warren and St. Charles Counties.

The Warrenton Fire District tweeted that a water rescue was conducted at Pinckney Street and Worthington Drive, and several area roadways were flooded.
The Fire Department says they found a passenger car with three passengers inside trapped on a flooded road, and that all of the passengers were rescued and are now on dry land.
The National Weather Service reports that 2 to 3 feet of water has flooded Highway T in St. Charles County....
