Bath Salts are not difficult to regulate.

The FDA provides approval of products on the market. For products with dual purposes the FDA can easily decide if any substance can be used for smoking, ingestion or application to the skin. I mean give me a break, why not come out with a cocaine cream to rub on your nose?

These can be regulated, should be regulated and should be considered a designer drug when used for purposes outside the parameters indicated by the FDA as its purpose. This is ridiculous. There are medications that go through very rigorous screening, why not substances of questionable purpose.
