Those words were spoken by Senator John McCain.
He stated he is willing to meet with Cindy Sheehan. He believes in the Iraq War. He stated President Bush has already met with her once. But. He. Senator McCain would not meet with Cindy a second time.
Does he bother to understand why Ms. Sheehan WANTS to meet with Bush the second time?
She was in shock and imposed upon the first time. I doubt the second time will be the same.
Senator McCain is not interested in the questions Ms. Sheehan has about the reasons her son died, such as,
"Why did we and are we fighting an illegal war?"
"Why is there so much corruption in this administration?"
"Why is our country allowed to fall into insoluable debt?"
"Why did Casey have to die for a cause that is based in lies?"
Senator McCain has no answers to those questions, but, he does have a political view of the world that he certainly believes will end what he considers a troubled and hideous peace movement.
I don't think so !!
