When Third World countries believe they are threatened within their sovereignty...

...their first investments are the military, nuclear capacity and the space race. 

What have we witnessed?

Why is China still lagging in public health and the infrastructure investment to support it?

Now, why would the USA ever want to be an aggressor nation? AND why the investment into China in large amounts in the first place if these are known outcomes?

Where does peace, non-proliferation and sincere MORALITY lie for all peoples, not just one people?

Why is foreign investment found money?

Trade.

Over investment is where it goes wrong. Over investment (outsourcing) destroys existing markets without replacing them with any that are viable.

Market research guarantees 'found money' and reduces risk.

Third World countries are high risk, even China, because they have no residual Middle Class and their products are sketchy in quality. High risk. China's imports have been very high risk to investment.

When a First World country such as the USA opens markets with Third World otherwise called Periphery Countries, the USA has to bring sophistication to that Third World country before products are imported. One of the first products that were immediately available for trade coming from Japan and China were 'native plants' to those countries. They are beautiful and coveted by landscapers to sell in their nurseries and use within their craft. It was a good beginning at the time. However, in the year 2013 those same species are now 'invasive species' and crowding out our own Native Species in the Wild. That being the case the invasive species are starving wildlife and game animals because they don't thrive on them.

Invasive species also cause environmental problems and destroy forests; ie: Kudzu. Ultimately destroyed forests cause soil erosion, ask the US Forest Service, they can attest to what happens when forests disappear.

"Found Money' in foreign investment is usually and 'at first' is found with the wealthy of that nation. If the wealthy can import all their luxuries they will never have a reason to increase their brain trust or grow their Middle Class. There will be no reason to invest in their own countrymen to have home grown products. Forever, the American Middle Class will disappear.

This is not Earth shaking information, but, it hasn't been visited here before and needs a revitalization to bring focus to the Chinese economic problems and the ultimate leaning that will be sought from the USA Treasury. China has plans to grow their Middle Class, but, they also need to expand their brain trust to provide for Public Health. In that lies the willingness for other nation's imports. The products have to be safe. Unfortunately, that was never valued at the time the banks made the investment into cheap labor. The changes needed in China and other nations won't happen overnight. Oops.

"Third World Happiness is Low Expectations." I don't want that in the USA. I don't poverty. I don't want my countrymen to be victims to Wall Street.

I don't want the USA used as a warrior culture blazing the trail for Wall Street profits.

One of the issues Congress faced in 2008 is the 'fallout' from the banking collapse.

There is a wealth of information there to secure the USA away from another Wall Street bailout.

Besides the USA Economy having a stronger tax base in new local small businesses that employ, there is an opportunity to sever the umbilical cord from Wall Street banks such as Goldman Sachs.

As they collapse next time, other nations such as China need to examine their exposure to Too Big Too Fail. They need to develop their own policies to deal with the fact they may be over invested and exposed to national fiscal issues. I don't see the USA government handing out bailouts to these banks again. They made their decisions in 2008 and took their bailout monies and otherwise elsewhere.

The fallout of 2008 involved secondary institutions such as the large insurance companies on USA soil. It would be best for Unions in the USA to examine those secondary RISKS and move investments in their pensions into these institutions rather than huge financial institutions such as Citibank.

If one recalls, Ford Motor never needed a bailout. They obtained their own money reserves while money was being lent at 0% interest rate. That is the understanding I seek here. The American Unions should consider limiting their exposure to foreign investment by those their pensions are investing. Some international investment is necessary, but, not to the extent it will adversely effect their pension funds. I sort of think of foreign investment as 'Found Money' and not the mainstay of a portfolio.

I would think at the very least Senator Warren would be familiar with these secondary institutions that made the large bank bailout necessary. If these secondary institutions were standing on their own without the need for large investment banks it would start to eliminate the definition of "Too Big to Fail," large unemployment rates and an intact economy and USA Treasury with a solid credit rating.

If splitting up the banks will not be a realistic outcome it becomes an ideology. There is no room for ideology in economic terms. But, just because splitting up the big banks won't happen because of political dogma otherwise, doesn't mean it can't be redefined in a beneficial methodology by those with the greatest interest for it to happen. 

Never underestimate DESPERATION  by the CEOs of the large investment banks to FORCE an economic emergency that will tap the USA Treasury again while believing "Damn the people." 

Wall Street has no conscience. Conscience belongs to governance. That is simply a fact. Economic conscience belongs to government.

Quantitative Easing.

When Ben Bernanki first announced the end to QE 3 what did I state? 

Didn't I say, "They love their money too much, they always come running home to mama." Isn't that the hideous context I put it in?

What are the markets showing now? Come on, everyone should know this by now.

They are showing the vast gains in the DOW and USA markets are where?

The gains / increase in stock prices are in USA 'standard bearer' corporations. They are looking more and more like Berkshire Hathaway then ever before.

Why the mergers in Europe? I'll let figure that one out.

Clue: When one hears about Border Skirmishes, First Think Oil.

Believe me when I tell you, the Gulf of Mexico is not valued at all for it's fisheries. Ask how many super-rich fisherman you know. Better yet, how many rich fisherman exist in the world. It ain't many. So, when border skirmishes get serious enough for the USA military to be screaming "Threat to USA National Security," then you'll know why.

China and Russia have huge offshore oil and gas deposits as well as terrestrial deposits. Their borders run right up against USA allies such as Japan and Taiwan. Does it all make sense yet?

It is all in the GEOLOGICALS. This is the Vietnam geologicals. The thing about it is that when Vietnam comes to the USA they are looking to become the next Taiwan. I apologize if I am wrong. But, then they go to China with it's untapped reserves, they are sincerely concerned for their fisheries, hence the treaty.

When Vietnam seeks more petroleum wealth for their country, one has to wonder what benefit the people will receive. The country's leadership also has to look to other nations like that of Nigeria and Ecuador to realize their people will be dying of cancers they cannot control. Their populations will fall and the pollution will last forever.

Vietnam's petroleum reserves should be managed to provide for the small country and not squandered. Vietnam has to build competency in educational systems to bring about a national brain trust, too. They will need their health care systems and more modernization than the leadership may realize.

Once the waters are polluted the people no longer have a viable food source. When companies come to Vietnam or any other Third World country, including China, they need to take example of the laws of the USA to reclaim THE LAND and THE WATER. Those that pollute must PAY.

Wealth should never be so attractive it destroys the future of the sovereignty, burden a nation with grief of generations or pollute or PULVERIZE IT with such techniques as hydraulic fracturing the land with none left to call cities.

Those in power of the wealth of the petroleum industry already have their 'personal land use' staked out. They don't care about the deaths of millions or the future of their children.

Hope and betrayal on the Niger Delta

Oil fouls everything in southern Nigeria. It spills from the pipelines, poisoning soil and water. It stains the hands of politicians and generals, who siphon off its profits. It taints the ambitions of the young, who will try anything to scoop up a share of the liquid riches—fire a gun, sabotage a pipeline, kidnap a foreigner.

Nigeria had all the makings of an uplifting tale: poor African nation blessed with enormous sudden wealth. Visions of prosperity rose with the same force as the oil that first gushed from the Niger Delta's marshy ground in 1956. The world market craved delta crude, a "sweet," low-sulfur liquid called Bonny Light, easily refined into gasoline and diesel. By the mid-1970s, Nigeria had joined OPEC (Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries), and the government's budget bulged with petrodollars.

Everything looked possible—but everything went wrong....

Something about China that completely surprised me and I don't why, except, to realize they were naive and kept that way for what seems like decades. And then wonders why the USA is hated sometimes.

While cheap labor was a desire of Wall Street and so much of the USA was outsourced to the point of hideous collapse of the Middle Class; Wall Street never bothered to educate the people of China along with the investment they were making.

The Chinese are struggling to feed their people without killing them. The baby formula issue is not settled. Families spend their money on imports to be sure their child will not become sick and die. The families sometimes live in poverty, except, for the baby formula on the shelves.

The pharmaceuticals coming out of China were found to be contaminated only to kill Americans. It was when American pets, children and consumers were found to be irreparably harmed did the Chinese Industrial Complex finally become an issue. What kind of leadership is that within the USA? What kind of leadership is that on Wall Street?

The outsourcing brought wealth to China but it never translated in to a better quality of life for the people, hence no Middle Class and the continued draconian economy of the USA. When Goldman-Sachs states there will another economic collapse they are bemoaning their losses due to their investment in China. Their view of the global economy is completely myopic and never expected the USA's people to develop their own local economies that exclude them.

Think about it.

In defense of democracy and free elections.

The USA has a problem as do other nations that claim their government exerts open and free elections. I'll use the USA as an example to this dynamic.

Democracy is dominated by the undercurrent of religious values within their members of government in the USA. This has nothing to do with atheism. I have nothing against atheism and understanding that is the definition of diversity. 

Diversity is a requirement of a healthy democracy. Diversity enhances all spectrum of human experience and brings it to the government to consider as a growing benevolent experience. I am sure Europe already has entertained the idea that some of Christianity is based in suffering and exclusivity of belief, basically 'the one true faith.' In that theology is a lot of room for abuse of the members of the faith. Suffering is not too much to ask of them and that is most prevalent in the Bible Belt of the USA. Capitalists take advantage of the oppressive nature of Bible Belt Christianity in the USA. 

This entry is about entering the idea that a mass number of people can be constrained within a PROFIT driven paradigm whereby few reap the riches while the masses suffer under leadership promising the return of God to redeem their world.

It is massive. It is global and it has a mission. That mission is far more aggressive than any other faith including Roman Catholic based in the Vatican.

Evangelicals by the nature of their theology are rather meek and worry about that meekness in the way of protections to their faith and their ability to carry out their theology in that bring others to their reality is a requirement. The world sees that in Mormonism as well. While they are missionaries and non-profits, they also have a mission that is understood in the monies and time they spend. The idea that religion can serve the purpose of Wall Street CEOs is a very real dynamic.

The Founders of the USA Constitution demanded there be separation of church and state. The reasons are obvious. Demanding all people of a nation to worship a 'One Church' is oppression. In the case of the USA Founders, they were searching for religious freedom away from the Queen's Church. There are many, even today, that believe The Church of England has a basis in heretic theology. It was a church founded by King Henry the VIII to accommodate his divorces. That is not the point here and this is not a discussion on the benefits of one religion over another or one 'serviceable' theology over another.

What the USA Founders realized by belief, experience and instinct was the oppressive nature of an Overlord based in religious belief. The Overlord is the issue here. 

What astounded me about the Bush Presidency is the huge and massive movement of Evangelical Christianity as a political base. Then to realize Iraq was a designer war is more than alarming. 

To realize Russia has existing religions within its borders and always has the idea it is an atheistic nation is propaganda and always has been. 

The highlighting of Indonesia on this map is simply a convenience of the computer pointer. But, this world map of an Evangelical website (click here) is more than enlightening.

As one moves the pointer of the computer over each iconic face surrounding the globe there are huge numbers of people accompanying that one iconic face. In the case of Indonesia/Southeast Asia the numbers are this: Population 550.7 million. The USA has a population sightly over 300 million last I checked. According to this website that population exists in 12 countries, not one with 1525 groups, where as the USA has very limited groups of majorities of people. The USA also allows a group of this religious content that dominates an entire electorate and the base of a political party. The global map also points to People Groups Unreached and Unengaged. 606 and 255 resepctively.

Remember the White American Woman selling the idea of "Millionaire Mindset?" Yes? It is a previous entry if the answer to that question is no.

The USA currently, through actions taken to the USA Supreme Court, allows "Religion Based" non-profits. Guess where these folks are going to find their Millionaire People Mindset Groups. Religion Based Non-Profits can receive funding from the USA government. Getting the picture. Religion Based Non-Profits in a country outside the USA that allows hatred and discrimination can actually make huge strides in expanding their member base with promises of services they provide, even in the way of education. I am quite sure if these Religion Based Non-Profits that receive funding through the USA government were audited they would have found OUR MONIES are buying them members for services. It is coercive and acts as a wedge to foreign governments, especially where other religions, such as Muslim, are well established.

The point is this. There is a growth in anti-gay expression in Russia. The current Russian government is not stupid. But, there is opposition to it. I have watched President Putin and admired him for a long time since the fall of the Soviet Union. This third term is taking a different tone. Now, some might say it is necessary and I am certain he sees Russia as a rising power and one that is necessary to temper the last Superpower, namely the USA. The extremism that is growing within government expression during this term of President Putin is not at all dissimilar from that of Bush/Cheney.

What else do we know? We know that Wall Street is coveting BRIC (Brazil, Russia, India and China). To have such a drastic and oppressive policy come from Russia having experienced this 'trend' in the USA, there is only ONE logical conclusion. That conclusion is that globally, Evangelicals are tucking themselves into bed, knowingly or not, with Wall Street to expand their member base and spread the DEVOTION to suffering that accompanies to redeem their sorry souls.

This is not new. I am quite certain China is aware of it and to some extent Russia. But, in Russia the Old Communists are becoming old and retired, no different than Cheney and his bunch of rich morons. Hell, by every right Cheney should be dead by now, except, for the USA's health care system. 

What do we know about winning elections? What works for the marginalized GOP otherwise known as the Tea Party? Money wins elections and no one is going to tell me John Roberts and what's his name Alito doesn't know that and banked on Citizen's United with a knowledge base noted above.

Not only Money, but, a lot of it supplied by Wall Street along with 'insider government' oppressing the electorate to vote on a specific path. What would make people vote against their best interest and willing to be oppressed? 

I'll write that again, what would make people vote against their best interests and willing to be oppressed?

What indeed? How about a belief system where by THEIR SOULS are on the line and what better than a nation reflecting the morality of their GOD.

What makes people spend their money against their own best interests? What indeed. Propaganda and the belief the product is necessary in one's life to live their beliefs and exonerate their sorry lives.

The theology of Evangelical Christianity fits perfectly into a Wall Street paradigm of profits.

Thanks to rapidly-melting ice, (click here) Santa Claus now has his own swimming pool: The North Pole is currently a lake, Canada.com reports.
The shallow lake — it's about a foot deep, according to LiveScience — isn't the result of sea water overtaking the ice; it consists entirely of the melted ice itself. And it's a vicious cycle, writes William Wolfe-Wylie for Canada.com. That water picks up more radiation from the sun than solid ice would, so the area is getting even warmer.
At the beginning of the month, a lot of the Arctic Ocean saw temperatures two to five degrees warmer than average; the lake began forming July 13. But it's nothing new: The lake has been appearing each year, the Atlantic Wire notes.
More than half of Arctic sea ice is newly formed and thin, LiveScience reports, making it easier for meltwater ponds to form and combine. An Arctic cyclone due this week will boost the melting process even more. Visit the North Pole Environmental Observatory for images....

HANOI - Two ships (click here) of Vietnam Marine Police are ready to join the eighth joint patrol with the Chinese side on fishery cooperation of the Tonkin Gulf on Thursday, local media reported.

The joint sea patrol in the common fishing ground in the Tonkin Gulf is aimed at preserving and developing the friendly neighboring relations between Vietnam and China, reported local VNExpress.

It will also enhance their coordination in implementing agreed regulations on the maritime joint patrols, thus contributing to preserving and exploiting maritime resources in a sustainable manner in waters designated in the Tonkin Gulf Agreement between the two countries, said the report.

Participants at the patrol will exchange experience in controlling fishing activities, informing each other of their implementation of the signed agreement on fishing cooperation among fishermen of the two countries, and in ensuring maritime safety, security and order of fishing activities at sea.

Members of the Vietnam Marine Police Department on board two vessels CSB 2005 and CSB2008 on Wednesday left northern Hai Phong Port for the joint patrol.

I thought Vietnam was trembling in fear of China? So, now the USA is like sorry for the stupid war in the first place?

"Vietnam has come a long way(click here) in addressing its own challenges to meet the high standards of the TPP (Trans-Pacific Partnership), but we still have work to do together," USTR Michael Froman said in a statement after a meeting with Vietnamese President Truong Tan Sang.

Froman's remark came shortly after a coalition of labor and human rights groups urged President Barack Obama on Wednesday to suspend free-trade negotiations with Vietnam because of concerns over that country's treatment of workers and people who criticize the government.

"President Obama must hold Vietnam accountable for its record on worker and human rights before America rewards the country with greater trading privileges," Teamsters union President James Hoffa said in a statement....

Cheney must have lent them his Veep paper shredder. Interesting. The methods are so similar.

(Reuters) - Halliburton Co. (click here) has agreed to plead guilty to destroying evidence related to the 2010 Gulf of Mexico oil spill, the U.S. Department of Justice said on Thursday.

The government said Halliburton's guilty plea is the third by a company over the spill and requires the world's second-largest oilfield services company to pay a maximum $200,000 statutory fine....

I have to wonder if it runs in the family? The paper shredding, I mean. 

Did any of these companies believe they were not guilty? What took so long? Lawyering? Hoping to avoid the entire part called RESPONSIBILITY. Halliburton is good at that. They were provided for in Iraq. Halliburton could do no wrong in Iraq. I suppose they thought they might be given the gift of Cheney 'favorite child' status again.

He was disillusioned by all that defined Iraq. When immediate withdrawal didn't occur in 2009 and the killing continued it was the final straw.

He held out long enough and then it appeared as though the end was not happening.
Bradley Manning is as much a victim of the illegal and immoral war into Iraq as the nation has been. We were powerless, too. The difference was he wasn't. He had some degree of power to change the circumstances of many people including Americans. 
He is not treasonous. He attempted to stop what no politician had the backbone for. Iraq was already held to public trial. The majority of Americans had already decided. The war was wrong. He could not believe we all were caught up in a meat grinder without end.

...Coombs displayed (click here) in large blue-and-white letters copies of Manning’s personal emails, some after his 2009 deployment to Iraq as a classified intelligence analyst, others around his arrest in early 2010 for the largest breach of U.S. secrets in the nation’s history.

“I’m more concerned about making sure that everyone — soldiers, Marines, contractors, even the local nationals get home to their families,” Manning emailed.

“I place value on people first,” he said in a later email. “One of the bad parts of the job, having to think about bad stuff,” he emailed further.

In yet another email Manning described to a fellow Internet chatter his angst over whether to start disclosing classified data. “What would you do?” he asked, if you knew explosive material was stored away in a “dark room in Washington” that if exposed would reveal the inside story of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, the inner workings of the State Department, and how terror detainees are treated atGuantanamo Bay, Cuba.

“That is a whistle-blower. That is somebody who wants to inform the American public,” Coombs told the judge, Army Col. Denise Lind.

Coombs played for her a video clip of a now-notorious U.S. Apache helicopter firing indiscriminately at a group of civilians, killing and wounding journalists, children and others.

“Look at this from the eyes of a young man who cares about young life,” Coombs told the judge....

The real issue surrounding Snowden's leaks isn't Snowden at all, it is the secret precedents of FISA.

Now, we are getting to the heart of the problem. It isn't Snowden or the NSA program, it is the FISA court and it's secret proceedings.

The FISA Court under Robert's is a star chamber. The FISA Court CANNOT move beyond their assignment of the legislation without Congressional action. They are not allowed to be ACTIVISTS to suit their own idea of what their proceedings are all about. 

The FISA Court is not suppose to set up it's own rules. There is precedent in surveillance and they were to follow that precedent and decide the necessity of the wiretaps requested. They aren't doing their job if they have to make up their own rules. That is what 'complex legal analysis' is. It is making up their own rules to suit their purpose. They do not have that authority. Who the hell told FISA they could operate outside the USA Constitution? They are not the Supreme Court or the Legislative Branch or the Executive Branch. They are conducting themselves without checks and balances.

DOJ and Congressional Oversight need to subpoena the proceedings of this court and evaluate their ILLEGAL activities. I don't care if their decisions were benign, they ARE NOT suppose to be making the rules that govern their decision making. Either the FISA court is constitutional or it is not, but, they cannot be their own autonomous body making up their own rules. 

The ONLY venue to set up this judicial unit came from the legislature with SPECIFIC understandings. It is ONLY the legislature that can set the standard for this court.

...In making assignments to the court, (click here) Chief Justice Roberts, more than his predecessors, has chosen judges with conservative and executive branch backgrounds that critics say make the court more likely to defer to government arguments that domestic spying programs are necessary....

...The court’s complexion has changed at a time when its role has been expanding beyond what Congress envisioned when it established the court as part of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. The idea then was that judges would review applications for wiretaps to make sure there was sufficient evidence that the F.B.I.’s target was a foreign terrorist or a spy.

But, increasingly in recent years, the court has produced lengthy rulings interpreting the meaning of surveillance laws and constitutional rights based on procedures devised not for complex legal analysis but for up-or-down approvals of secret wiretap applications. The rulings are classified and based on theories submitted by the Justice Department without the participation of any lawyers offering contrary arguments or appealing a ruling if the government wins....

Ten of the court’s 11 judges — all assigned by Chief Justice Roberts — were appointed to the bench by Republican presidents; six once worked for the federal government. Since the chief justice began making assignments in 2005, 86 percent of his choices have been Republican appointees, and 50 percent have been former executive branch officials....

...At a public meeting this month, Judge James Robertson, an appointee of President Bill Clinton who was assigned to the surveillance court in 2002 by Chief Justice Rehnquist and resigned from it in December 2005, offered an insider’s critique of how rapidly and recently the court’s role has changed. He said, for example, that during his time it was not engaged in developing a body of secret precedents interpreting what the law means....

The foreign operations of FISA is actually an act of war when there is no TREATY signed to carry out the program. Just because 'it can be done' doesn't mean it should be done. The FISA Amendment Act attempts to override Interpol, the State Department and other nation's sovereignty.

...The court’s power has also recently expanded in another way. In 2008, Congress passed the FISA Amendments Act to allow the National Security Agency to keep conducting a form of the Bush administration’s program of surveillance without warrants on domestic soil so long as only foreigners abroad were targeted. It gave the court the power to create rules for the program, like how the government may use Americans’ communications after they are picked up....

It is also a burgeoning war all the time. Information garnered through these programs could easily be used to ram up war. What if Fort Hood was not mentored by a Cleric by a government officer of some kind? What's next then? War.

...The first of the documents disclosed by Mr. Snowden was a top-secret order to a Verizon subsidiary requiring it to turn over three months of calling records for all its customers. It was signed by Judge Roger Vinson, an appointee of President Ronald Reagan who had previously achieved prominence in 2011 when he tried to strike down the entirety of President Obama’s health care law.

Chief Justice Roberts assigned Judge Vinson to the surveillance court in 2006, one of 12 Republican appointees, compared with 2 Democratic ones....

There is a very good chance the orders for these records are less about national security and more about politics. No one can blame Chief Justice Robert's for his appointee acting outside the parameters of the legislative purpose, but, the individual justices on FISA can be held responsible for abuse of power.

Please don't tell me there was no oversight provision when FISA was first developed!

Hercules Offshore (NASDAQ:  HERO) today provided further information the incident aboard jackup drilling rig Hercules 265, a 250'mat-supported cantilevered unit, operating for Walter Oil & Gas Corporation in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico OCS lease block South Timbalier 220.  Based on a visual flyover inspection conducted by Hercules Offshore, the jackup rig is still standing, however it appears to have sustained extensive damage to the derrick package as a result of the continuing fire that ignited yesterday evening.

The visual inspection revealed debris near the well site. The Company, Walter Oil & Gas and regulatory authorities are continuing to review the area for potential environmental impacts. The Company has contracted an outside environmental expert to monitor currents, wind direction and wave height for the potential trajectory of any conceivable environmental spill.

The Company is working with Walter Oil & Gas and their third party expert in efforts to regain control of the natural gas well, including preparation to drill a relief well.  In the event that a relief well is necessary, the Company is preparing to promptly mobilize the Hercules 200, a 200' mat-supported cantilevered unit to execute drilling of the relief well.

The Company continues to coordinate response activities with the U.S. Coast Guardand the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement.

As previously reported, all 44 personnel aboard the jackup rig were safely evacuated during the afternoon of July 23rd.  There have been no injuries sustained as a result of this incident.

She has no skills, except, how to sell 'the mindset' that will make you a millionaire. No skills except the money she carries to build schools, which of course is other people's money. No skills, but, style and grace, the perfect smile and a great figure.

"Oh, isn't that a shame about Mr. Martin, he should not have confronted Mr. Zimmerman. Sincerely, the boy was not to be civil. Do you want to see my gun? I carry it right here in my handbag. It is pink like my jacket."

No social conscience. No reality of other people's reality except the ones without schools and without millions of dollars. NO CLUE about what morality actually is. Meet the Commercialized White Woman that has it all.

Simply walking the streets of the USA a person can be profiled and die.

Florida will lose it's tourism industry. No one wants to visit the real life Wild West. It won't be long before the USA has travel warnings by other nations. Some probably exist already. No one wants to take justice and their lives in their own hands. The streets of the USA aren't safe anymore. At all. It is a proven fact that gun control lowers gun violence and saves lives. Fact.

There you have it. Florida gun laws allow for equal opportunity killing.

George Zimmernan had intent.

I sincerely believe the first juror that spoke out had an agenda. This verdict is a joke. I strongly believe if the juror wanted to get him off they could because of victimizing laws.

This is nonsense. George Zimmerman left his home carrying a gun against the recommendation of the police, profiled an innocent African American man, allowed himself to believe he was going to be a hero and when he finally was faced with a situation  he could not handle OF HIS OWN MAKING he killed an innocent man. He shot him directly in the heart and secured his own demented safety.

George Zimmerman carried the gun INTENTIONALLY to use it. He talked himself into believing there was a dangerous set of circumstances that superman with a gun was going to end. You've got to be joking, there was no intention? What?

Just because the victim didn't know HIS ASSAILANT doesn't mean there was no intention. Zimmerman had complete and absolute intention to use his gun at the slightest provocation. This is completely wrong. What were they thinking? Boo, hoo, boo, hoo; Superman with the Gun got stuck in his own reality and they called it defense. Idiots.

They had no reverence for life. The laws are DESIGNER LAWS to make the world hostile so there are guns sales in the USA because the law is to be found to be victimizing. The laws are GUNMAN laws and not that of the people.

LAWS ARE SUPPOSE TO PROTECT PEOPLE, NOT MAKE VICTIMS OF THEM.

If a juror decides the law overrides the life of an innocent person to benefit a gun toting jerk there is something profoundly wrong with the way people think about the laws of their country. What this juror stated was she was not allow to think regardless of the evidence to the guilt because the law legitimize murder. The people are propagandized. Completely. They don't even believe their own minds. She stated she deeply believes even today he is guilty. Then, damn it decide what you know. This is a hideous country anymore.

Oops, another self-defense case where the deadly weapon of the dead were their fists in self-defense of a predatory gunman. Demented, these laws and the people are demented. A murder is dismissed as self-defense. Dear god, Trayvon Martin was innocent and unarmed. What in god's name?

The politics of capitalism has finally achieved legitimized murder. Well, haven't we just arrived as the most civilized country on Earth.

A member of the jury (click here) that acquitted George Zimmerman said Thursday she thinks Zimmerman "got away with murder" but that jurors had no choice in finding him not guilty under the law.
In an interview Thursday with ABC News, the woman identified as Juror B29 during the trial discussed the deliberations that led to the acquittal of Zimmerman on second-degree murder and manslaughter charges on July 13 in the shooting death last year of Florida teenager Trayvon Martin. Zimmerman said he shot Martin in self defense....

The Supreme Court never said the voting RULES existing because of Section 5 was unconstitutional.

The Supreme Court sent the law back to the Congress to rewrite for a larger application. The DOJ still has every right to file a lawsuit against any state for egregious laws. 

In all honestly, we still have the 14th and 19th Amendment to the USA Constitution besides The Voting Rights Act.  

The 14th Amendment states:  No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

The U.S. Justice Department,(click here) deprived by the Supreme Court of the power to pre-emptively halt state voting laws it finds discriminatory, will seek a federal court ruling to force Texas to get approval before changing any of its election laws.

“We believe the state of Texas should be required to go through a preclearance process whenever it changes its voting laws and practices,” Attorney General Eric Holder Holder said in prepared remarks for the National Urban League Annual Conference in Philadelphia...

The 13th Amendment ended slavery and the USA Constitution was a civil rights document from the beginning. Besides any anti-discrimination legislation at the federal and state levels.

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of happiness."

If women and/or men are finding there is obstruction to asserting their CONSTITUTIONAL rights then it is litigable ONCE AGAIN all the way to the Supreme Court.

The AG should be seeking injunctions to any voting rights CHANGES that has proven statistical oppressive effects. All the communities need is ONE example of any person aggrieved by the new OR revised laws.

The reason States BELIEVE they have the RIGHT to run roughshod over people that vote against the GOP is because they 'think they can get away with it.' That is the only reason. It is not that the states have the right to carry out illegitimate elections, it is because they believe they can even though they should not. The laws that oppress even ONE VOTERS expression of their will at the ballot box is illegal. It is stated over and over and over again in laws of the USA Constitution and across this country.

The States seeking MORE POWER since the Supreme Court decision and aggressively moving to oppress voters are acting UNCONSTITUTIONALLY and quite possibly illegally. 

Does anyone actually believe when President Lincoln freed slaves that he was not committed to their full citizenship. It was that commitment Booth assassinated.

No contribution by the petroleum industry to the USA economy is worth it.

The flow of natural gas (click here) has been contained at a natural gas well located in 154 feet of water 55 miles offshore of Louisiana at South Timbalier, Block 220, the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) said in a statement to the press July 25.
The A-3 natural gas well, owned by Walter Oil & Gas Corp. and located 55 miles offshore Louisiana, stopped flowing natural gas after the well bridged after the owner and other parties injected sand and sediment into the well path, BSEE said. A small flame continued to burn from residual gas at the top of the well.
The owner was still making preparations to drill a relief well, if necessary, according to Reuters.

No, it is not contained, it is SLOWED. It is still burning and we all know what occurred when the Deepwater Horizon continued to burn regardless of all efforts to put out the fire.

The lousy rig with a completely ineffective Blowout Preventer SANK. It sank and caused more damage than ever before on the USA gulf coast. 

I don't like being played for a fool and I don't like being manipulated. There is still significant danger to our environment as this completely incompetent industry still pollutes with the leaking methane as well as burning methane emitting CO2 pollution into the troposphere. 

It took about 36 hours of intense burning before the Deepwater Horizon sank to a depth of one mile into twisted metal and deepsea garbage.

Coastal Louisiana would like its wetlands back. (click here) It needs them to protect itself from rising seas and raging storms.
The agency charged with protecting New Orleans-area residents from floods is suing Big Oil, claiming it should repair damages that it caused to wetlands that once buffered the region from tidal surges.
The oil companies have recklessly torn out the marshes and plants that ringed the Gulf of Mexico as they laid pipelines and other infrastructure to serve their decades-long oil- and gas-drilling bonanza....

Finally, someone in Louisiana figured out that the petroleum industry has destroyed the ONLY real barrier to protecting citizens of the USA that live and work along the coast.

The government of Louisiana is among the worst in the country. It never acts to protect citizens or bringing security to it's citizens. If it weren't for federal programs such as food stamps, Medicaid and Environmental Protections, the people of Louisiana would never have a fighting chance in the world.

I already know the initial hearings in Louisiana will fail because of corruption within the court system. They have to continue to appeal until receiving proper recognition of federal laws that were suppose to preserve the wetlands and fine the oil industry for destroying them. 

The people of the State of Louisiana are not important. They are 'in the way' of petroleum industry profits. The only value the people of Louisiana have is when they service the rigs and demands of the crews on those rigs, otherwise, the fisheries mean nothing, the natural beauty of the area are nothing, the waterways into the state where some of the most impoverished in this nation live are nothing. 

The people of the USA are provided Wall Street Welfare in oil subsidies, a state government dependent on federal programs to protect their lives and FEMA even though they get better service from them than their state government regardless of any complaints otherwise. 

Louisiana has to be among the most significant Third World Environments within the borders of the USA. Work for pennies and expect life to be lousy.

I think high speed rail has to be aerodynamically competent.

We know for a fact that heat causes problems with infrastructure competency. There should be remote sensors providing information to engineers and inspection personnel to prompt inspection of the rails. During the high temperatures in the USA there were rail services effected because of warping. That is a fact. 

Understanding the rails themselves and knowing when trouble can occur is all part of it.
