The federal judicial bench needs to rule that the INDIVIDUALS opposing the judge’s orders are to be held responsible for their criminal behavior. The National Guard personnel continue to take orders from Trump in the face of his law breaking contempt of the federal courts.

Don’t do it.

Trump has a criminal history. What is to understand? The National Guard has taken an oath to the USA Constitution. The Constitution overrides the Executive Branch especially now that there is a huge and obvious criminal element in Washington, DC.

This is not a political paradigm as known as “normal” politics in the USA. This is an executive branch out of control that practice racketeering.

The National Guard and their leadership need to recognize the criminality of the Washington administration and stand down. The Governor’s who are their usual commanders can offer far different orders that uphold the Constitution and defies a criminal network in DC.

Propaganda

The press is letting Johnson get away with propaganda. We know Jefferies is stating the country’s health care is on the line, but, Johnson is simply pointing fingers. Where are the specifics? What is the difference and how do we bridge the gap. The American people can’t go without healthcare, so what are the specifics as Johnson sees it. 

Johnson is also not a legitimate authority for the Senate. I believe Mr. Thune should be stipulating what it will take to provide healthcare for Americans that Senate Democrats can agree with him to end the shutdown.

It is contempt of a federal court order.

Oregon National Guard or California National Guard is semantics. Trump is playing fool for his own ego. The federal judge was explicit about not deploying the National Guard into Oregon. It doesn’t matter what state he decides to victimize, he is in contempt of a federal judge’s intentions.

Trade deals contain extorted funds.

Contracts can say anything, but, as to it’s legality is another question. The trade deals Trump is declaring a victory for his administration contain extorted monies he hods exclusive rights to distribute. These monies are not minor amounts. Trump is demanding more than a half a trillion from the Japanese people and not private industry to spend on oil and gas pipelines from Alaska. These are stated to be projects no private investors are interested in pursuing.

These extorted monies are slush funds for oil and gas firms as well as every other Trump political donor. It is all racketeering and highly illegal. The contracts will never hold up at the WTO. The memorandum of understanding can eventually cost the American people trillions when court fights award the monies back to the original countries.

America’s allies already supply generous loans to the USA. The private investment Trump has lost due to his highly bigoted immigration policy and extorted costs of visas is substantial. Foreign investors packed up and went home when Trump’s fascist agenda became obvious.

This has to stop and Congress must act. Ultimately, it is Congress that has to vote for trade contracts the Executive Branch conducts. These contracts are not friendly and extort public funds. They cannot be passed by Congress.

Seeing drug use clearly

Everything but the psychedelics should be legally dispensed by medical SPECIALISTS. 

The psychedelics leans themselves to long term brain disturbance and people become dysfunctional. They also, when used with a therapist lend themselves to mind control through adverse goals. This current administration is a prime example of adverse goals.

Experts are medical doctors with specialities in addiction and pain management. Morphine is already therapeutic. It has to be applied to treating addicts. A lot of times the abuse of drugs are self-medication for other problems. Medical marijuana and CBD are examples. 

Doctors have to be left to be doctors.

The entire idea of blowing up boats ends nothing. There is opium growing everywhere on this planet. For the money it brings, Trump will keep the boat builders working, too.

Trump’s war on drug cartels is a never ending war. More crops, more boats, the supply is endless.

The best outcomes are the taking of semi-subs by the Coast Guard. The Border Patroks take shipments coming over the border. This entire idea that Trump has is bullshit.

Republicans are attempting to justify Trump’s domestic hostilities with a falling crime trend that started under Biden. They are seizing on it to blame immigrants. Scapegoat. It is Christian Nationalism at work. Their ideology demands hegemony. They have wanted the power if the USA for longer than Putin had plans.

Trump has 90 days from September 2nd.

There is no other sovereign country engaging in war. It really isn’t a war. The drug cartels are not sovereign countries. They are private industry and Trump is sinking privately owned boats. 

He is also not exhibiting evidence that the boats he is sinking have illegal drugs on board. 

Venezuela’s primary industry is oil. Mexico has a horrible problem with violence because of the cartels. This is not exclusively Venezuela’s problem.

The issue is, can random boats be sunk in suspicion of drug trafficking by a sovereign power? See, until it is obvious the drugs are on the boat and the boat is going to deliver them to the USA shores, it isn’t a crime. That is especially true in international waters. Now, are we going to abandon maritime law and where does that leave us?

…and continues to make excuses for Trump. The latest is that racist memes by the President of the United States of American are meaningless and should be treated as if is water off a duck’s back.

Excuse me, but, a hate filled meme issued by the Executive Branch of this government is not nothing. ISSUED by the President.

The latest racist attack is the $100,000 H-1B Visa.

These boys have got problems if they always look the other way at instilling hate and fear in a society. Their amygdalas are working overtime. Pea brains. When one is STUCK with chronic amygdala juice there is no engaging the frontal cortex. That is fact. Ask Putin why he is stuck. Hate and fear begets hate and fear. They don’t think. They react. They are always riding an emotional edge. It never stops. 

Fight and flight interrupts cognition.

Retribution is characteristic of mental health problems. 

Johnson attempted to intimidate Jefferies through the justification of racism by Trump to gain an advantage in the issue of funding health care. That is where we are. Racism takes precedent over the health care of Americans. That is not a priority that should be getting respect.

Now, after publicly demoralizing the USA military by one of the FATTEST presidents/Commander and Chief in history, that is no example of health, the military is supposed to practice training exercises with live ammunition on Americans. What kind of insanity is this?  

There is no merit with this administration.

Americans need healthcare.

There are tens of thousands of young Americans with families without healthcare or the means to pay for it because of the draconian firings and layoffs of federal workers by Trump.

The Democrats are their only hope to be protected. The people who accepted buy outs in fear of the future of their federal jobs are not finding other work. There are tens of thousands of Americans seeking work for the same job. 

Musk said of DOGE job cuts permitted by Trump that the workers would simply find work in the private sector. Those are the lies told to them. As these Americans now flood the job market there simply is no success for most of them.

Not just that but there are no jobs being created. Trump’s greed is grossly adverse to the outcome of Americans. The Republicans have signed on to a failing economy with this president while the cost of goods are escalating.

The federal government is being starved of employees. What do Republicans think they are funding, a bunch of hallow offices?

The Republicans don’t care.

Shutting down the government forever is the Republicans’ idea of perfection. They will pack up and leave Washington, DC without remorse. So, attempting to bring them to the negotiating table to protect citizens, while noble, will be fruitless.

Those dedicated to preserving the USA Constitution need to have a plan when the Republicans sabotage the country. What occurred in Quantico should be a clear indication to their intent.

They don’t care. Be prepared to place a new government quorem without them. A new revolutionary government with remaining loyalists of Democrats. 

History will provide a path following abandonment. Trump wants his empire. There has to be plans in place to go forward without the Republicans. An act of conscience will result in time. 

The economy. A general strike. A return of the power of the electorate. Wall Street. The techies. Keep the central core and economic best interests strong to move forward and establish controlling authority. Boston Tea Party and the New Declarations of Independence. Wall Street can’t exist without the federal government. 

Declare victory and a call for elections with an establishment of a 65 percent majority to replace those that abandoned the work they were elected to do. The American people have bills to pay and a military to run. A president is not needed. The legislature can govern. The military will run. 

Abandonment is treason leaving the country without a national defense. Be prepared for the worse scenario.

Trustworthy leadership is at the core. 

Chain of power after the catastrophic death of the executive branch. President, Vice President, Secretary of State, etc.

The military is not about ideological soldier presentation.

The military is about readiness. Women comprise an average of 17.6 percent. We can’t afford to lose that many dedicated and qualified soldiers. This is nuts.

Hegseth is a regressive leader that compromises readiness with his ideology. We have already dealt with this stuff. Moving forward is all that has to occur. 

The USA military is not the good ‘ole boys club. The USA military is a diverse population of highly qualified persons. How well is our military doing? Pretty darn good from where I sit. So what is the monumental problem that has compromised the USA military today?

It seems to me it all boils down to Trump the dictator and his personal preferences. 

IF THE MILITARY WORKS, DON’T FIX IT!

The biggest problem soldiers should have is how often and when they are with their families.

They put their lives on the line every flyin’ day for us. All we need to do is get out of the way!
