The letter by Attorney General Holder was a threat to the people of the USA. To delineate between combatant and non-combatant on American soil inspires the Culture of Fear begun in 2001. President Obama can put his gun control agenda on the shelf forever if there is not aggressive legislation to end this program minimally domestically.
Senator Paul knows exactly what he was doing. He instilled decisive fear back into the dialogue of the USA to benefit the NRA.
