The entire idea nuclear plants were ever built in this region of Earth was a bad idea. Typical of human engineering, anything is possible. Not. I think it has something to do with landing on the moon. Somehow humans got the idea they could do anything without problems if done well enough. It reminds me of the foolishness of establishing nuclear plants with simultaneous hydraulic fracturing causing seismic activity. Humans think they can do anything to perfection without problems. Not at all.
