Government assistance such as welfare requires a Birth Certificate. That is the only government ID anyone needs. How is a poor person needing government assistance going to pay for a government ID BEFORE they receive assistance?

I love these Black Republicans that pretend to not be on the "Republican Dole" in order to create an image of a Black Americans complaining about "The Lazy Black People" wallowing in poverty and despair. Who do they think they are? How lucky they have an income and/or an election fund so they can mock the rest of the minority population in the country.
