What do these two women have in common?

They both feeling like victims right now.  Gaga is a woman's advocate from her first huge hit that addressed the 'Burning Bed.'  And Ines Sainz is the latest victim of "The Jock Strap Media."

Ines legally and morally went into the "Jets" locker room to 'land an interview' with the Jets' Quaterback.  She was innocent and quite potentially a virgin although that question has not been asked as if its anyone's business anyway.  She stood without harassing anyone and was approached by a peer to apologize for the 'animal behavior' of BASICALLY natked men.

The Jock Strap media did what it always does to preserve the 'virginity' of men that behave badly, including rapists like Kobe Bryant.  They started attacking Ines for her attire. Well, you'll excuse me, but, the lady has a 'bod' to die for.  She has a Brazilian Butt that women all over the USA pay thousands of dollars to a plastic surgeon to mimic and 'if you got it' and it earns you a paycheck then flaunt it.

The ? men ? that were 'cat calling' to her and provided an embarrassing moment in front of a peer need to focus on 'their game' on the field and not in someone's panties.  The Jets' players were carrying on with 'passes' that would bring the players within short distance of her.  There is NOTHING moral or profession about the behavior of the Jets' players, on or off the field.

Ines may be known for her cleavage, but, she is also now known for her 'lady like' behavior while football players are showing off the ';cracks in their ass' among other things.

This is typical, typical behavior by American media that ALWAYS puts the blame on women and chronically victimizes the victim while men are provided a path to 'innocense.'

The last time there was an issue like this it wasn't Lady Gaga making a 'statement of sanity' it was the President of "Virgin Atlantic" that came to the rescue.  I congratulate Ines for getting the interview and being the lady she 'naturally is'; and I thank Gaga for standing up for women's rights in a country where 'Boys are STILL boys and not men."

Kobe Bryant, by the way, may have been forgiven by his wife, but, he ain't forgiven by the fans.  I mean for real already.  Major League sports players can't handle 'star quality' and distance themselves from exploitation of the innocent?  Did Kobe see the 'lady' naked?  You betcha.  And to think he managed it with a telephone call at the play she worked.

For a long time, people loved LeBron James(notes). Totally loved him in a non-platonic way (for the most part). At the same time, Kobe Bryant(notes) has been one of the most hated players in the NBA for the past few seasons. But it is funny how a summer can change things.
Now, after LeBron's decision and "The Decision," more and more people dislike LeBron James. Whether they think he's a coward, a jerk or just has a bad beard, the LeBron James train has less and less people enjoying its complimentary peanuts. And while LeBron has been busy making people angry, Kobe has been enjoying a great run that has seen him win an Olympic gold medal and two straight titles while staying out of headlines for anything bad. The tables have turned....

For the male of the species that can't seem to handle their own testosterone, the suggestion is to have a 'real lady' with a ring on her finger 'in tow.'

Michael Moore is absolutely correct on all counts, especially a peace park for appropriate use of that land. Gingrich is doing what comes naturally for Right Wing Extremists.

The Republicans Party's base includes bigots.  Gingrich found a 'conspiracy theorist' at Forbes that 'recontextualized' President Obama's book.  The moron that wrote the article Gingrich accepted as if sacred took the President's book, "Dream's from My Father" out of context to attempt to make legitimate character assassination wrapped in bigotry and presented in defamation.  Am I surprised the conspriacy theorist lives at Forbes 'Rag'azine?  No.  Forbes is about money.  Wall Street wants President Obama destroyed.  You don't see the equation? 

Don't expect Gingrich to retract any statements.  The Republican base are bigots and that whom he is trying to motivate to vote in November.  They are extremists and without the tabloid extremists the Republicans would loose elections.  Gingrich is just speaking to his base.  It is why Republcians lie so much because they have to drive out the American Wacko from any distraction or slumber to vote.  Besides, he recently made a speech that really PO"d the Tea Party.  He and Trent Lott stated the elected Tea Party candidates would have to 'blend' into the crowd with the existing leadership indoctrinating them to the "Republican Washington Power Machine."  So, Gingrich has to lie and make a fool of himself in order to win them back again.  Gingrich doesn't care that the President of the USA has just been defamed, he cares about power brokering and elections.  After all he was the fool that extended the suffering of Americans for over a decade when Secretary Clinton, then First Lady was seeking to bring 'health care' under regulation to prevent deaths.  Gingrich never cared about citizens, only money and power.  He cares when it comes time to place a ballot, but, truely care about them?  Gingrich?  Never.  He treats citizens as if puppets on a string.

The Mosque near Ground Zero is a perfect place of it.  There needs to be a Muslim 'Prayer Room' within any commercial building that is planned for that site.  Why?  I think an article from "The New York Times" will provide proof to the 'history' of Muslim worship in regard to the 'daily functioning' of the Former Twin Towers.

Wow.  When is the Climate Crisis gong to make headlines other than for political reasons.  This is the second time this season there have been 'twin storms' moving together as a 'unit / system..'  The first was Earl and Fiona and now there is Igor and Julia.  

This is a new phenomena for Earth and its populous.  It should be making headlines around the globe.  


What I am trying to figure out is WHY any 'observer' expects these storms to take a northerly route?


They are not connected in any way to a northern vortex.  At all.  They are receiving their water vapor from the 'equatorial air' and their energy from 'direct solar rays' that maintain a consistent latitude.  Why would they veer off of those ENERGY AND HEAT SOURCES?   


There are FOUR 'circulation centers' (vortexes if you will) that manifested nearly at the same time along the same latitude and are all moving along the same vector.  So, what would the logical decision making be in this matter and where would the ? Cone of Uncertainty ? include?

The four 'circulation centers' can still be seen.  The first in the line of 'ENERGY WAVES' is currently west of Mexico in the Pacific.  It manifested over the Yucatan.

The second is currently moving past Jamaica and it began over the open Caribbean with its center south of Puerto Rico.


The third is Igor.



The fourth is Julia.


My concern is for the people of Belize and the Yucatan should Igor continue on its path.  I don't see any of the systems entering the Gulf of Mexico at this point.  But, I do believe the nations that border the Caribbean need to be on 'alert' for this adverse outcome.   


There is a huge circulation center over Louisiana .  THAT is the influential vortex in this 'chain of energy waves.'  Not the North Atlantic.  The circulation center over Louisiana has been extremely stable for over 24 hours now.

The people of the Antilles, if there are still people there this season need to prepare for very dire circumstances.  I am confident they are already experiencing the effects of Igor by now.  There has been dearly little time for the seas in the region of the world to 'calm' before 'this set of storms' manifested.  It is a 'system of storms' actually. 

The 'second' energy wave still over the Caribbean is taking on a 'reverse' circulation character.  That potential could have a pushing effect against Igor, even now.  But, I question if that will be enough to push a 'near Cat 5' storm off course. 

Julia is putting a 'drag' on Igor but not in a significant way.  From what I am looking at right now.  There is a potential for Gulf involvement with Igor if the second wave in the Caribbean pushes enough and Igor skirts along the islands north and over Cuba.  Then crossing the Keys and Southern Florida much as Andrew did and potentially becoming part of the vortex system over Louisiana with a direct strike there as well.  IF Igor takes that route, it won't diminish in strength in an appreciable manner. 

From its origins in Africa, Igor has moved a huge distance westward across the face of Earth in the Atlantic, but, only moved 4 degrees north in 4 days and 6 hours.  It simply is not showing a propensity for northern movement in a meaningful way.  I am not a believer in allowing 'chance' to enter the picture when it comes to saving human lives.  I believe unless there is some significant tropospheric disturbance that moves Igor off its current route, there will be a significant path of destruction and danger for the nations between the Antilles to Florida.

I simply don't live in denial of a hot troposphere with plenty of 'energy' to allow for dangerous storms in whatever manner they manifest.  Denial is the enemy.  Denial is as expensive as preparedness, but, it is paid in human lives and property damage.  Preparedness is a mattter of using 'already assembled' resources saved for 'a rainy day.'  Gee, what a shame there is some inconvenience that comes to play when a Cat 4-5 storms is slipping across Atlantic waters unabated.  Damn the inconvenience.  Too bad.

This the the path of Hurricane Andrew in 1992.  Igor has the potential to follow a nearly identical path.  But, slightly more southern.  That is my assessment as of right now.  However, there is a possibility Igor won't veer off at all, but, enter the Caribbean.

Igor is not moving as northerly as Andrew did.  Andrew was a lot further north than Igor is now.  In the same period of time of 4 days and 6 hours Andrew moved 13 degrees north while traveling a significant length of ocean.  Igor isn't going to veer off.  Don't count on it. 

 This is a NASA image of Hurricane Andrew which reached a Cat 5 velocity across Southern Florida.  It was big and mean.  1992.

Igor's 'eye wall' has been extremely stable and significantly along the same latitude.  If it turns north at all, Cuba needs to be on alert for a full length catastrophe.  It will be more southern than Andrew was.

That is a hot temperature map.  In North Carolina where the temperatures remain in the 70s and 80s, the leaves are starting to change to their autumn colors.  My question is why?  The first day of Autumn is September 23rd.  It is getting more and more strange every year.  The autumn colors are obviously not triggered by temperature so much as having delivered fruit.

FAIRBANKS - The Alaska Conservation Foundation awarded $4.1 million worth of grants in the 2010 fiscal year ending on June 30, the organization announced in a press release.

ACF awarded 159 grants to 62 groups across the state. The organization said funds went toward bills that expand renewable energy and a court fight to assert public notice is required when the state issues mine exploration permits. It also co-sponsored a week-long Environmental Leadership Institute with 30 conservation leaders.

ACF is an Anchorage-based public foundation established in 1980 to connect philanthropists and foundations to Alaska’s grassroots conservation organizations.

I want you to think about his a minute.  You have a million dollar income and the Bush tax cuts are going to ride for another two years as Mr. Bohner (Pronoounced Boner) states they will be if Republicans take the House and Senate.

The 'environment internationally' for GROWTH is in China and India. 

Now.  With alll those ludicrous tax cuts and 'found money' in your pocket what are you going to do with that extra dough?  Invest it into business expansion in the USA with absolutely no chance of any decent loan prospect?  Or are you going to 'invest it' in a 'sure thing' in China or India?

When the Bush Tax Cuts expire the federal deficit will finally begin to come under control and the rest will be history.  It will leave breathing room for the further and the country can concentrate on other issues.

Americans have to rebuild their banking structure from the ground up.  No one else is going to do it.  We are stuck in the doldrums and we need leadership that believes in the citizen and not Wall Street.  It was true in 2008 and its still true today !

Call it the rise of the machines.

Three years after the brainiacs in one of Goldman Sachs's hedge fund units imploded, the investment bank is aiming to restock its so-called quantitative investment group.
The unit -- which resides within Goldman's asset management division and employs rocket scientists and supercomputers to make investment bets -- is on the hunt for at least two senior managers to work alongside quantitative investment strategies head Katinka Domotorffy, who is currently on maternity leave.
Goldman hasn't yet identified candidates, but the bank is hoping to make its hires over the next few months, sources familiar with the matter said. A Goldman spokeswoman was unable to comment....

Perhaps Charlie is hoping to help Rubio win Florida, because, he sure isn't going to win.  That should be obvious to him now.  It isn't really a fair race.  Meek is being robbed of his sincere chances with the people of Florida.  It must be frustrating to be a Florida Democrat and Independant right now.

According to The Vancouver Sun, a new Arctic Ocean sea ice report was released Tuesday by the U.S. National Snow and Ice Data Center, and it has triggered language that one usually doesn't hear from an expert. Satellite measurements of sea ice in the polar region indicate that this September's Arctic minimum annual sea ice extent will end up being the third smallest since such measurement began in the late 1970s, 5 million kilometers. All extent measurements aside, a greater concern to the director is the observed thinning of the region's old ice, a phenomenon which causes melting to accelerate. The center's director described the rate that Canada's Northwest Passage melted this summer as "unusually fast." He also responded to some recent claims that sea ice around some Arctic communities has been thickening by saying, "That's simply not the case. It's continuing down in a death spiral."...

San Bruno Blast Site Is Now A Crime Scene

San Bruno Police on Friday confirmed that they were treating the blast site of Thursday’s explosion as a possible crime scene until such time as foul play could be ruled out.
The events of September 9, 2010 have left between 4 and 7 people dead, at least 5 missing and scores injured suffering from minor injuries to serious burns.
San Bruno is a city of around 40 000 in San Mateo County, California, in the United States....

The sponsor of the “Tea Party” ‘in part was and is Murdoch, along with a couple of wealth merchant brothers called Koch. If one believes for one minute these candidates are any different than those that served with the Bush White House, think again.

The most reputable person to speak to national security is called upon and the United States Justice Department is called a ‘witch hunt.’ That’s moral? That is accurate? Valerie Plame was one of the most important CIA agents that was working on the ‘cutting edge’ of tracing all the nuclear neighborhood, but, Cheney politics dictated she was a far greater enemy than Iran.


In recent weeks we have witnessed the successful ‘war games’ in the Yellow Sea. I sincerely doubt there isn’t any nuclear threat that the USA, Russia and China cannot contain.


 
 
Koch brothers contribute $1 million to fight California's climate change law

An oil company headed by conservative billionaires David and Charles Koch has contributed $1 million to the campaign to suspend the state's landmark climate change law.
Flint Hills Resources does not have any oil interests in California but is a big opponent of climate change legislation around the country. Last week, the Kansas-based refining and chemicals manufacturer threw its weight behind Proposition 23, the ballot initiative that seeks to suspend California's greenhouse gas reduction law until the economy improves.
"This is a significant game changer," said Craig Holman, a campaign finance expert at Public Citizen, a Washington, D.C.-based consumer advocacy group. "They want to stop the state that's well known for leading the way when it comes to climate change legislation."

Here are some highlights:As a member of Congress, Rep. Blunt came under fire for a variety of issues including employing the same corrupt tactics that forced his mentor, former Texas Rep. Tom DeLay, to resign. Rep. Blunt’s ethical issues were documented in CREW’s 2006 report on the most corrupt members of Congress.
In 2003, Rep. Blunt divorced his wife of 31 years to marry Philip Morris (now Altria) lobbyist Abigail Perlman. before it was known publicly that Rep. Blunt and Ms. Perlman were dating – and only hours after Rep. Blunt assumed the role of Majority Whip – he tried to secretly insert a provision into Homeland Security legislation that would have benefitted Philip Morris, at the expense of competitors. Notably, Philip Morris/Altria and its subsidiaries contributed at least $217,000 to campaign committees connected to Rep. Blunt from 1996 to 2006.
Also in 2003, Rep. Blunt helped his son, Andrew Blunt, by inserting a provision into the $79 billion emergency appropriation for the war in Iraq to benefit U.S. shippers like United Parcel Service, inc. and FedEx Corp. Andrew Blunt lobbied on behalf of UPS in Missouri, and UPS and FedEx contributed at least $58,000 to Rep. Blunt from 2001 to 2006.
Family connections have also helped another of Rep. Blunt’s sons, former Missouri Governor Matt Blunt. Gov. Blunt received campaign contributions from nearly three dozen influential Missouri lobbyists and lawyers when he ran for governor of Missouri in 2004, half of whom had provided financial support to his father. Earlier in 2000, when Matt Blunt was running for Secretary of State, Rep. Blunt was involved in an apparent scheme, along with Rep. DeLay, to funnel money through a local party committee into Matt Blunt’s campaign committee.

Former House leader wants the ethics case heard in Fort Bend

AUSTIN — After five years of his case floating in the ether of Texas appeals courts, former U.S. House Majority Leader Tom DeLay will go to trial sometime soon on ethics charges, his lawyer said Tuesday.


Motions to dismiss the charges against the former Sugar Land-area representative on the grounds of misconduct by prosecutors remained pending late Tuesday, but visiting District Judge Pat Priest made clear that he likely would rule against dismissal. Priest then sealed the courtroom to hear arguments over secret grand jury proceedings leading up to DeLay's indictment in 2005. The hearing is expected to continue today.


"The defense is standing in a very deep hole with a very short stick, but I don't want to preclude them from presenting their case," Priest said.


When DeLay and his attorney, Dick DeGuerin, of Houston, exited the courtroom they indicated they felt certain the case would go to trial. DeGuerin said it is only a question of "when and where." DeLay is trying to have the trial moved to Fort Bend County.

…When Newt Gingrich shut the government down in the 90′s, Tom Delay referred to the decision as “the mistake of his life” in his book No Retreat, No Surrender: One American’s Fight. So what makes Republicans think their previously failed strategy will work this time with health care reform? Well, the right-wing spin machine is already preparing for the potential PR battle. “At that point, does he let everything else go?” asked former Rep. Tom Davis, a Virginia Republican elected in the GOP wave of 1994. “The game will be, does he shut the government down? Republicans can say, ‘We gave him the money to fund other programs’.” In typical Orwellian fashion, the Republicans plan on turning reality on its head and blaming Obama for shutting the government down. Republicans plan to play on the unpopularity of the new health care law, citing that 56% of Americans favor repeal according to the latest Rasmussen poll.


However, while the bill as a whole is not popular, individual elements of the legislation are and will be extremely popular. Republicans will need to explain to the public why they are in favor of health insurance companies regaining the power to deny insurance to children with pre-existing conditions. While Republicans may not be above allowing sick children to die if it helps them regain power, the vast majority of Americans will probably have a problem with that. Furthermore, the strategy of trying to shut the government down already failed once. The American people don’t like the government doing absolutely nothing during times of crisis….

56% Favor Repeal of Health Care Bill; 39% Say Repeal Is Likely

Most voters continue to favor repeal of the national health care law, but a plurality believes that repeal of the controversial measure is unlikely.


The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 56% of Likely U.S. voters favor repeal of the law, with 45% who Strongly Favor it. Thirty-eight percent (38%) oppose repeal, including 30% who are Strongly Opposed.


A majority has favored repeal of the legislation every single week since Congress passed the health care bill in March. Support for repeal has ranged from a low of 52% to a high of 63%.

ABC released the "Dancing With The Stars" season 11 promotional pictures and we were able to get a first look at the type of outfits contestant Bristol Palin will don to bust a move. In her promo pic with Mark Ballas, Bristol goes "flapper-meets-tango" in our best description of the black, lacy, perhaps-asymmetrical and fringed halter-top dress. Last week, Bristol talked about her 'DWTS' costumes with People Magazine. She remarked, "I think I will be the most dressed [contestant and have] the most modest outfits for sure because that's who I am." Take a look and tell us what you think.

This is Kashmir.  There has been difficulty with 'civil rights' and 'human rights' in that region of Paki-India for a long time.  It has always been fertile ground for extremism.  Now, extremism is not necessarily related to only ONE type of 'thinking.'  It isn't necessarily about 'terrorism.'  But, I don't expect bozos that believe 'rhetoric' is actually vital to an election to understand that. 

The people of Kashmir are good people.  They are always in distress because they want what every other person on Earth wants.  Respect, dignity, food, water and shelter.  But, then I wouldn't expect people that believe in 'rhetoric' as vital to an election to understand that. 

...A mob on Saturday set on fire a police barrack and a vehicle of the police department outside the Harzratbal Shrine on the banks of the Dal lake here following which security forces opened fire.



Soon after Eid-ul-Fitr prayers, a group of people attacked the police barrack in the lawns of Hazratbal and set it on fire. They also set ablaze a police vehicle, official sources said.


Police opened fire to disperse the mob and prevent any further damage to public property, they said, adding there were no reports of anyone getting injured in the incident.

Indian police accuse Kashmiri leader of treason

SRINAGAR, India — Police in Indian-administered Kashmir formally accused a key separatist leader of treason Sunday for allegedly inciting violence after participants in a massive anti-India rally torched government offices.


Armored vehicles patrolled the streets Sunday and security forces used steel and barbed-wire barricades to seal off public squares and neighborhoods in Srinagar, the largest city.


Scores of people defied a curfew throughout the region and clashed with government forces, police said. There were no immediate reports of injuries.


Separatist leader Mirwaiz Umar Farooq could face a death sentence or life imprisonment if prosecutors follow through with formal charges and he is convicted. However, police have brought similar cases against other separatist leaders in the past and they have rarely been pursued.
